Brian D. Davison is a creator, entrepreneur, investor, and regulatory risk strategist with nearly three decades of experience across real estate, finance, and compliance. As the founder of FounderVelocity™️, Brian helps high-stakes entrepreneurs accelerate growth while protecting against reputational and legal exposure in highly regulated industries.

Brian’s operational track record includes leading over $160 million in development and turnaround projects across Florida—from affordable housing and mobile home parks to Qualified Opportunity Zone funds. He was the largest tax deed buyer in Pinellas County, and scaled one of his firms from zero to $140 million in assets within five years. He also launched the first known zero-debt REIT, structured entirely around asset-backed holdings and strategic reinvestment.

A preservationist at heart, Brian spearheaded the relocation of Tampa’s Oldest House, moving the historic structure across the city—the longest such relocation in Tampa’s history—to secure its future in a designated Historic District. This act of civic stewardship mirrors his philosophy in business: protect what matters, move what must, and build with foresight.

In 2020, Brian’s business and personal accounts were subject to an asset freeze issued through an ex parte federal action. What followed was a multiyear legal and operational challenge that reshaped his understanding of risk, resilience, and leadership under constraint.
